📋 Date+ Terms of Service

Welcome to Date+! By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Date+ and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use Date+ to:

• Post any content that is abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, threatening, harassing or illegal.
• Create fake profiles or impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Date+ system or network.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Date+ service.

Date+ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the account of any user who violates these rules.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments for subscriptions and profile boosts are paid through Paychangu.

• Premium Subscription: Grants unlimited features for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Profile Boost: Increases your profile visibility for 24 hours from the date of purchase.
• Trial Period: New users receive a free trial period (if available at time of signup). Trial benefits may not be combined with other offers.

All payments are final and non-refundable. You must initiate each purchase individually; there is no automatic billing or recurring charges. Your subscription or boost expires automatically after the specified period—no action is required from you.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes:

• Subscription renewals
• Profile boosts
• Trial period cancellations

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact our support team with your transaction details.

6. User Content & Rights

You retain all rights to content you post on Date+. By posting content, you grant Date+ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service.

7. Disclaimers

Date+ provides the service on an "as is" basis and does not make any warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use the service at your own risk. We are not responsible for:

• The conduct of any user on or off the service
• Matches or compatibility between users
• Data loss or interruption of service
• Third-party services or content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Date+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

10. Intellectual Property

Date+, its logo, and all other intellectual property rights in the service are the exclusive property of Date+. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

11. Age of Consent & Legality

Date+ is only available to users 18 years and older. Users must comply with all applicable laws regarding dating and relationships in their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Date+ constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
